The Bucks Blues & Rock Fest takes place on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 September 2018 at the award-winning Bucks Students' Union venue, in the heart of High Wycombe.
One of the best value for money festivals around and as well as a fantastic line-up, there's great beers (including cask ales from Rebellion Brewery, craft beers, ciders, special whiskies and gins), tasty street food, blues and rock CDs/vinyl and band merchandise and a late night bar. In case you are thinking it will be full of students, it won't be. It will be full of people like you. It's a music fest and beer fest all in one.
Following on from last year's hugely successful blues festival, there is now free onsite parking. We've also extended playing time for the bands and the core beers and drinks will be available in both bars. Live music will finish around 11pm on each day, so if you don't want to go home late, you won't miss the last band. However if you want to stay, the bar will be open to at least midnight on each day and later if there's the demand. There are two stages and none of the bands/artists will overlap, so you won't miss anyone on the line-up. There will also be a mix of standing and seating for those who prefer to sit.
Bucks Students’ Union is a fully accessible indoors venue. Blue badge holder parking bays are directly outside the venue with more available in the rear car park which are still a short distance to the front door. The Venue has no steps to access and a dedicated accessible toilet to ensure your visit is a pleasant one. There is limited sitting throughout the venue, however, with a viewing platform for the main stage and reserved seating for the smaller stage there will always be somewhere for you to enjoy this years Bucks Blues Fest.
