Get your Monday off to a great start with a brand new fitness class here at the Uxbridge campus for Uxbridge based students!

Come and join in with our FREE energetic exercise class held in the Park Room. There will be a variety of exciting fitness routines, from HIIT to Circuits. All classes will cater to mixed abilities and we will take on board what you want to get out of the class each week. This is a great chance to make improvements to your 2017. Get fit, get lean, and feel amazing!

This will be lead by our very own BA(Hons) Dance and Fitness graduate and now Societies and Volunteer assistant Rebecca Hamer. 

Mats will be provided.
