Due to it being recruitment day in Uxbridge on Wednesday 29th November, this course has now been moved to the High Wycombe campus. In order to be on time for this course, students coming from Uxbridge will need to be on the 10.15am campus link bus.
This FREE one day course is an accredited course to help you to learn first aid skills that will enhance your CV. This certificated course could usually set you back about £100s!
This course includes:
- the role of the first aider
- managing an emergency
- communication and casualty care
- bleeding (minor and severe)
- burns
- choking (adults)
- fainting
- health and safety (first aid) regulations
- resuscitation (adult CPR)
- seizures (adult)
- shock
- unconscious casualty
