Improve your fitness and burn some calories with H.I.I.T 1! A fast, furious and non-stop blast session using a mix of both classic and original, fun, functional exercises. Agility, power , muscular and cardio respiratory endurance are all developed using this timed circuit style class. Watch yourself progress as week by week you find you are able to get one more repetition in before the time runs out. Who knew 30 minutes of exercise could be so worthwhile!

Free fitness classes through the Big Deal are arranged with the Gateway Gym based on the High Wycombe campus. You can attend as many as you like and need not be a member of the gym.

All classes are led by fully qualified group exercise coaches and they will be only too happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have 5 minutes before or immediately after a class.
