Two weeks of the best events and activites brought to you FREE thanks to The Big Deal.

Freshers' Fortnight 2026 is packed with exciting events and activities to kickstart your uni life. Expect club nights, cultural events, mixers, society tasters, campus tours, and the unmissable Freshers' Fair. It’s the perfect chance to meet new people, try new things, and get involved with your Students’ Union.

Feeling nervous about starting university? Don't worry – you're not alone. Our friendly Freshers' Helpers will be there to welcome you to Buckinghamshire New University, answer your questions, and help you settle in. We can't wait to meet you!

Returners Karaoke: 25th September 9pm - 1am; The Lounge; Welcome back! Kick off the new term with DJ Pez in The Lounge for a night of karaoke classics, sing-along anthems and questionable vocal choices.
