The post would be ideally suited to someone with exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
One of two Duty Manager roles in our Venue, this opportunity involves operational management of the main High Wycombe Campus Venue. Key responsibilities include day to day management of the casual staff team, all stock and cash handling and maintenance of the Venue and equipment. You will be proactive in developing the service, supporting the wider Events and Union teams whilst ensuring policy and procedure compliance and that our customers receive the best possible experience.
