Experience is good but not necessary, we can teach you the skills and provide all training and support.

We support young adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder in three small homes in High Wycombe and are very passionate about the people we support - making sure they are at the centre of what we do.

As a company we are growing; opening 2 new services before the end of the year. There is room for staff who excel to grow with us - and we strive to promote home grown talent when we have it!
