About the role
Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit an Administration Support Clerk on a part time basis – 15 hours per week 09:30 – 12:30pm Monday to Friday.
RAF High Wycombe is the home of HQ Air Command and this role is a member of a team of 9 covering various accounts and administration roles. The role of the Administration Support Clerk is the production / typing of various documents
The Admin Support Clerk will be required to produce / type where required the following documents:
- General typing of letters
- Produce / type Station Routine Orders in SRO Format and Sequence
- Other general admin tasks as required
- Assist colleagues with the daily running of the Department.
What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need at least 2 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English Language or NVQ Business Administration Level 1 plus RSA Stage III Pass with Distinction, or recognised equivalent and have experience in word processing systems is essential with a working knowledge of MS Office applications including the internet.
What else do I need to know?
- All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage.
