RepCon is the annual conference we hold for our student reps, student leaders and wider student body, providing an engaging afternoon of employability and personal development sessions. This year, RepCon will be held on Wednesday 6 December 2023.
RepCon features a Q&A panel of Higher Education professionals who discuss a topic and answer your questions related to the conference theme. This is a real opportunity for you to have your say and question those who have the power to make real change for your university experience. In addition to this, RepCon is a great opportunity to meet other student reps from different courses and chat about your experiences.
If you have any suggestions for what you would like to see at RepCon this year please email surepresentation@bnu.ac.uk.
Each year, RepCon has a different theme. Previous themes include ‘Being a Student in a Digital Age’ and ‘Preparing Work-Ready Graduates’. Read below to find out more about previous RepCon’s over the past few years.

In 2021, we took your RepCon comments straight to the University to get their feedback. It was our first hybrid RepCon and the theme that year was all about preparing work-ready graduates.
