Description: 

Starting your first office job can feel both exciting and overwhelming. This in-person course is designed to give you the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills needed to navigate the workplace with ease from day one.

You will Learn:

  • the essentials of office etiquette
  • how to communicate professionally
  • manage workplace relationships
  • understand expectations around punctuality, teamwork, and behaviour
  • real-life scenarios to help you feel prepared for common situations such as meetings, email communication, and interacting with colleagues and managers
  • what to wear in different office environments
  • how to interpret dress codes
  • how to present yourself in a way that feels both appropriate and authentic
  • workplace organisation
  • time management 
  • basic professional skills such as note-taking, task prioritisation, and handling feedback
