Telephone and online appointments are preferable during this current situation and will usually available within 24 to 48 hours of a request during the normal working week from 10am to 4pm Mon to Thurs and to 3pm on Fri. Appointments outside these times are possible but may take longer to arrange.
Face to Face - we will organise this using the latest COVID-19 guidelines and due to advisers currently working remotely this may mean a longer wait for this type of appointment and can only be offered during our normal working week as above.)
