The Students’ Union Advice Centre is here to help you with any difficulties you might be experiencing so please get in touch if you need help with anything

 

We have the time to listen, advise and support students providing a professional, independent and confidential service, which is accessible and welcoming. We will use our experience and knowledge on student issues to influence University thinking to make life better for students at Bucks.

And we will arrange an appointment for you speak to an adviser as soon as possible to suit you. 

Appointments can be: 

By telephone - we will phone you. 

Online through Teams - we will organise this. 

Telephone and online appointments are preferable during this current situation and will usually available within 24 to 48 hours of a request during the normal working week from 10am to 4pm Mon to Thurs and to 3pm on Fri. Appointments outside these times are possible but may take longer to arrange.

Face to Face - we will organise this using the latest COVID-19 guidelines and due to advisers currently working remotely this may mean a longer wait for this type of appointment and can only be offered during our normal working week as above.) 

All Advice Centre staff operate within a confidentiality policy contained within our operating statements.
