College Officers collate information on the student experience in their college by liaising with student reps to understand areas for improvement affecting students across the range of courses, alongside areas of good practice, and feeding this back to the Students’ Union and University. They also help the Representation team throughout the year with various admin tasks associated with representation, including promoting feedback collection and communicating regularly with student reps.
There is one College Officer per college. College Officers are rewarded financially, receive extra support from the Students’ Union, and have access to additional training and development opportunities.
