Overview

Delivered by Hillingdon Talking Therapies, this session will focus on introducing cognitive behavioural therapy techniques to support you in managing negative thoughts and worries.

Negative thoughts are challenged by you becoming aware of the thoughts and the unhelpful thinking habits which you may fall in to.

Worries are managed using various techniques based on the classification of the worry.
