Overview

Low on impact but high on results. A form of exercise that is focused on building tone without bulk, developing flexibility, improving agility and enhancing core strength.

These are available completely free of charge to all students (you don’t have to be a gym member) and are run via Zoom. To take part simply email fitness@bucks.ac.ukletting them know which class you want to attend (you can book up to 6 days in advance).
