Overview

Traditional yoga system of practising asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), helping to bring peace and relaxation preparing the mind and body for practises such as meditation.

These are available completely free of charge to all students (you don’t have to be a gym member) and are run via Zoom. To take part simply email fitness@bucks.ac.ukletting them know which class you want to attend (you can book up to 6 days in advance).
