Overview

An energetic burst of dance fitness to fun and fabulous international rythyms. You will finish the workout feeling fantastic, invigorated and relaxed.

These are available completely free of charge to all students (you don’t have to be a gym member) and are run via Zoom. To take part simply email fitness@bucks.ac.ukletting them know which class you want to attend (you can book up to 6 days in advance).
