An upbeat and energising body workout involving cardio and strength to challenge and bring out the best in you.
These are available completely free of charge to all students (you don’t have to be a gym member) and are run via Zoom. To take part simply email firstname.lastname@example.org them know which class you want to attend (you can book up to 6 days in advance).
