Overview

Combining Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, this session incorporates balance, strength, endurance and flexibility exercises merged with flowing, controlled movements, improve posture with this exercise 3 in 1.

These are available completely free of charge to all students (you don’t have to be a gym member) and are run via Zoom. To take part simply email fitness@bucks.ac.ukletting them know which class you want to attend (you can book up to 6 days in advance).
