Overview

Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state if relaxation and control of both body and mind, Often referred to as 'medidation in movement'.

These are available completely free of charge to all students (you don’t have to be a gym member) and are run via Zoom. To take part simply email fitness@bucks.ac.ukletting them know which class you want to attend (you can book up to 6 days in advance).
