Overview

Hits everywhere on the front, side and back of the body between shoulders and hips. Improve tone and endurance in the muscles used to maintain postural alignment whilst performing everyday movements.

These are available completely free of charge to all students (you don’t have to be a gym member) and are run via Zoom. To take part simply email fitness@bucks.ac.ukletting them know which class you want to attend (you can book up to 6 days in advance).
