Self-harm is a sensitive and complicated subject but usually involves individuals causing pain or injury to their own body as a way of managing emotional or mental issues and stress. This online course is designed to provide you with an understanding of self-harm and you will come away with a general understanding of what self-harm is, how common it is, and how to help affected individuals.

Assessment

You may be expected to engage in a number of group activities. Our experienced trainers will be on hand to help guide participants through these sessions and a certificate will be awarded upon completion.
