As part of our Self Care week and in partnership with the Buckinghamshire New University and the Gateway gym we are excited to bring you FREE online exercise classes to increase your wellbeing!

Low on impact but high on results. A form of exercise that is focused on building tone without bulk, developing flexibility, improving agility, and enhancing core strength.

These are available completely free of charge to all students (you don’t have to be a gym member) and are run via Zoom. To take part simply email fitness@bucks.ac.uk letting them know which class you want to attend (you can book up to 6 days in advance).

For Self-Care week we have partnered up with Gateway Gym to have 5 workshops involving Pilates, Yoga, Fitness Fusion, Pilates, and Function Flow.
