Would you like to keep fit and have fun through the Pandemic and wintry conditions, from the comfort of your own home? Join my low impact fitness classes to music with low-medium and higher intensity options. Suitable for non-dancers and beginners too! My participants are aged 18-80+ years! 

Dancing has been shown to give fantastic health benefits including improved mood, memory and balance.

All my dance fitness sessions are currently on Zoom! There is no class fee but there are JustGiving pages for voluntary donations to several charities- we have raised over £1000- for Wycombe Homeless and other charities in the past 8 months! So raise money for great causes as you enjoy a workout!
