· Consider how self-compassion helps to balance our emotions
· Recognise the opposite of self-compassion, self-criticism and how it impacts our lives
· Learn about strategies which can build self-compassion
· Learn how to apply self-compassion to our thinking and behaviour for everyday life
· Have signposting for useful contacts to access support when needed
