Overview

This year for International Women’s Day Tilney Financial Services has extended an invitation to all Bucks students and staff to attend an interactive panel event. This year’s theme is Choose to Challenge so, at their live Q&A event this International Women’s Day, they choose to challenge leadership styles. How can we lead better, do women lead differently, should you challenge how you are doing things now and, importantly, how should we seek to celebrate women's achievements?

Hosted by four inspiring women who will all share their insights on leadership:

  • Simonetta Rigo - Chief Marketing Officer, Tilney Smith & Williamson
  • Kirsty McWilliam - Executive Coach and Founder of Coaching Direct and Rugby Tots Scotland
  • Alison Lever - Retired PWC Partner and now Trustee for Smart Works Charity in Manchester for unemployed Women all across the UK
  • Trudi Ryan - Co-Founder of Wondrous People Ltd, which coaches FTSE 100 Companies in Leadership, and Interim Chair at Noble Foods Ltd

Full biographies on each speaker can be found on the event registration page.

We hope this event will help empower you to challenge your world, inspire you with new ideas and provide uplifting stories during these challenging times.
