To kick off University Mental Health Day, Ian Rowe will be commencing Wellbeing Wonders – The Power of Peace Within You at 21:00 on Wednesday 3 March (evening before University Mental Health Day) a monthly meditation session that usually takes place on the first and third Wednesdays of the month.

The time is scheduled late to facilitate possible childcare so that you have moments of peace. The sessions are approximately 45 minutes and are designed so that no previous knowledge of meditation is required. The sessions start with a pleasant focus on breath, energy, and creativity, which takes about 10-15 minutes. This way, participants know they won’t be “left hanging” trying something for the first time. Next, we go through a guided meditation that changes each session.
