In a fast-paced world facing challenges, it's crucial to have skills to deal with change. Having a high level of resilience skills enables you to thrive in the face of stressful conditions in life.

The training will help you:

  • Develop a different way of responding to change
  • Practise experiential techniques to build levels of resilience
  • Identify effective strategies to help you bounce back after set-backs
