More Than Meets The Eye’ Bucks Hidden disability campaign. Your Bucks President, Tamsin Grainger, has been working hard to help to create a positive change in the fight toward equality and share awareness for the Hidden Disabilities. Bucks is helping sharing awareness of Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Autism, ADHD, and Colour Deficiency.

With 1 in every 5 people In the UK are living with a Disability and furthermore, 1 in 7 people in the UK are living with learning difficulties. We find it equally important to be more educated. We’ve planned a number of free events and workshops and podcasts to get involved in this month. We’ve also arranged ‘Help Your Shelf’ where there will be Free sensory fidget toys and coloured screen overlays for those who need them.

If you’ve been struggling with any issues regarding Hidden Disabilities please do not hesitate in getting in contact with Disability Service on 01494 605 049 or email the Inclusion, Diversity and Disability Manager, Danie Woodbridge, on disability.service@bucks.ac.uk.
