Understanding and reflecting on our motivations for the things we do and say can be important for our knowledge of self. Doing this is hard when you’re not feeling well mentally.
Talking about it with others might help.
Join us for Black Students Talk: Motivation to talk about it and learn ways to cope and thrive with each other.
The workshops are led by trained facilitators, and the discussions are confidential. At the beginning of the session, the group agree on a confidentiality and safety agreement, which covers issues such as anonymity, confidentiality and disclosure.
