Brazillian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is arguably the most complete style of grappling practiced today. Between the Gi (traditional jacket, belt and trousers) and No Gi (rash guard and shorts) programs that we offer, our syllabus covers every type of takedown, throw, trip, pin, choke, strangle, sweep and joint lock!
Come along to either of our taster sessions on Wednesday 5 October 2-4pm or Monday 10 October 5-7pm.
