Bucks Su Celebrates Black Culture
Jenny’s poems have been broadcast on Radio 4 and BBC2 and published in several magazines and collections. Her work has been described by fellow poet Moniza Alvi as ‘unflinching’, ‘formally accomplished’ and ‘richly-textured’. Her poems explore themes ranging from black history and migration to family dynamics and gender.
The second and final session will be on Wednesday 15 November in N2.11 where lunch will be provided. During this session, Jenny will share insights into the craft of writing poetry.
