REGULAR AND ONGOING POSITIONS FOR ENTHUSIASTIC AND PASSIONATE COACHES

£20-£25 per hour working in schools and clubs or £65-£80 per day at camp

Lion's is committed to delivering tailored, high quality, affordable coaching that helps children and young people develop the best in themselves, whatever their goal. It may be to become more active, to develop skills, to build self-confidence, to forge good life habits or to excel as a truly great athlete in a chosen sport.  Whichever it is, we make a direct and positive impact on our customers’ wellbeing and aspirations across Middlesex, Surrey and London and Buckinghamshire.  Our focus to date has been on rugby, but we also coach multi sports within schools and have fast growing athlete development offerings too.

Becoming a part of Lions Coaches Network (LCN) allows coaches to have the flexibility and autonomy to pick what shifts and opportunities they would like to commit to that suits there personal circumstances and coaching endeavours. Many of our coaches are also full time teachers, athletes and students. Lions coaches are supported and have access to several experts in the fields including director of our Athletic Development Program Will Page, Lecturer in Sports Rehab at St Marys University, Dr Sam Barke Orthopaedic Surgeon and founder of Return2Play and Tony Robinson Coaching Mentoring Solutions and many more.

Lions hold quarterly Coaches Associate Masterclasses for the LCN to ensure continued learning and development for our coaches. Workshops in the past have included Senior Fellow of Sports Coaching from Winchester University Richard Cheetham, Sports Psychology from the Chimp Paradox Management Group Jessica Tom and Saracens Academy Coach Gareth Hatherley-Hurford.
