Labyrinth High Wycombe, a brand new nightclub in the heart of High Wycombe, is looking for enthusiastic, energetic and reliable individuals to be part of our launch team. Following an exciting full venue transformation, we are building a team to deliver an exceptional nightlife experience in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Serve drinks efficiently and accurately in line with venue standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across bar, floor, front of house and VIP areas.
• Monitor guest behaviour and report any concerns to supervisors, management or security.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Upsell items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
• Follow all health and safety, licensing and company procedures.
• Support other team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Smart presentation is a must. Base uniform provided.
• Minimum 6 hours per week.

Experience

• Must be 18 years or over.
• Previous experience in a hospitality, bar work or customer service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Ability to work late on weekends and other select dates.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
