Fun Fest Marlow Bourne End Holiday Club is located at Claytons Primary School, Bourne End

Contract: working during the School Holidays, excluding bank holidays and the Christmas break.
Hours: working a 8.5 hour shift between 08:00 – 18:00 (7:40 - 18:15 Manager)
Pay:

• Manager £18.50ph + Holiday Pay
• Level 3 position - £14.50 + Holiday pay

Fun Fest Marlow Bourne End is a children's holiday club dedicated to delivering high-quality, activity-based care for children aged 3–12. We are currently seeking experienced, ambitious, and Level 3+ qualified practitioners to join our leadership team at our Claytons Primary School site.

Current Vacancies

• Club Manager: A strategic leadership role responsible for the daily operations of the club, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and Ofsted compliance. (Shared Or Full Position Available)
• Early Years Room Leaders (Ages 3-4): these leaders will oversee the delivery of age-appropriate, engaging curricula while maintaining a nurturing environment running the 3-4s room.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education or Childcare (Level 4, 5, or EYTS/QTS preferred for Management).
• Experience: Proven track record in an Early Years setting, with a deep understanding of EYFS frameworks and safeguarding protocols.
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, a proactive leadership style, and a passion for creating an enriching holiday experience for children.
