We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

• Serve drinks efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar
• Take orders and provide recommendations on beverages and menu items
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed during busy periods
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to minimise wait times for customers

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
• Good time management skills to ensure prompt service delivery
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and procedures
