What you'll be doing

• Welcoming members and guests with a warm, genuine attitude that turns first visits into long-term relationships
• Selling memberships through face-to-face conversations, follow-up calls, and member referral promotions
• Matching clients to the right therapist and treatment — including hot stones, aromatherapy, scalp massage, and our fantastic foot treatment
• Managing appointment bookings by phone, email, and in person
• Answering questions and resolving concerns quickly, sincerely, and with care
• Getting involved in local promotional activity, both at the centre and in the community

What we're looking for

• A genuine passion for customer service and helping people
• Has Membership sales/Contract sales Experience
• Clear, confident communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Comfortable in a sales environment and motivated by results
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks calmly
• Available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
• Eligible to work in the UK and fluent in English (spoken and written)

No massage industry experience needed — we'll train you on everything. What matters most is your attitude.
