Graduate Intern (Human Resources)

£10 per hour

Fixed term contract for 40 weeks

We are seeking a highly organised person with excellent communication skills who has the ability to use your initiative and prioritise workload.  You will provide crucial daily support for the Universities programme to deliver a COVID-Secure student and staff experience from September 2020.

The successful candidate will provide project support on HR projects to improve the University’s culture and Performance. Projects will include supporting the University in gaining the Racial Equality Charter Award [REC], employee engagement, project activities to prepare for the customer Service Excellence award and the University’s Leadership Development programme – From good to great. You will also provide administrative support for the Director of HR and support the HR Operations team where required.
