Customer Service Officer

Working remotely for a successful and growing business, you will be able to showcase your customer service skills.

Please only apply if you live within a 10 mile radius of Aldershot, Hampshire.

This is a part time temporary to permanent position that will involve some office work but will mostly be remote.

The aim is to provide seamless customer service to new, prospective and existing clients. You will be liaising with customers via email, telephone, or live web chat, handling enquiries and following up on sales leads.

This is a great opportunity where you will be able to demonstrate your excellent problem-solving abilities, good communication skills and office-based customer service experience.

Proficiency in Word/Excel is essential.

The role will involve working weekends and evenings with a minimum shift requirement of 4 hours.

The role has the ability to work around home life/childcare and could be the next step you have been waiting for.

Temporary basis: £10.26ph

If the assignment becomes permanent, then the salary will increase up to £24,000pa (pro rata) depending on experience.
