Full time | Fixed Term | £18,009 per annum (with progression to £21,236)

If you have the energy and enthusiasm to assist us in achieving our goal of making life better for our students, we have the ideal opportunity for you to join our Events team.

Working with our experienced and fun Bar and Events Team, the main responsibilities of this role will be to assist the operation of the Students’ Union venues - a 250 capacity Lounge bar and a 600 capacity Main Club Venue - along with multiple external hires on and off site.

The post would be idEally suited to someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will be a team player with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure and unsociable hours.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable skills and experience in the events industry. An ongoing development plan will be provided throughout the contract covering all areas of the business operation with a view for the role to progress into our permanent venue management team (subject to approval).
