Training and Development Coordinator

Grade D £22,254 - £24,871 (£11,364 - £15,240 Pro Rata)

Part-time (25 – 30 hours per week); term time only (34 weeks per year); fixed term until July 2023 with potential to be made permanent

If you have the energy and enthusiasm to assist us in achieving our goal of making life better for our students, then we have the ideal opportunity for you to join our Training and Development team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in planning and coordinating training and the ability to plan and prioritise their own workload. They will be highly self motivated, personable and an active listener.

The post holder will need to take a leading role on the coordination, promotion and delivery of the recreational and skills development programme including administration of The Leadership Academy, JobShop and The Bucks Award. They will need to ensure accurate and timely recording and maintenance of all data and reports to identify new opportunities of development for the membership.
