Neil Bailey Swimming are looking for fantastic teachers who can motivate, encourage and support people of all ages to learn to swim. Our ethos of teaching people to swim as if they were members of our own family is reflected in every aspect of how we work; teamwork, high standards of customer care and sharing our passion of swimming for life with our swimmers.

We're looking for people to join our team of fantastic teachers. Working between 3 and 19 hours per week, depending on your availability, you will have regularly scheduled work through each term, plus the opportunity to sign up for work during school holiday periods.

As we offer regular work through our network of available sites, we would love your full commitment to our team by only working exclusively with us for the benefit of our team and our students. In return, including regular work, we also will support you with additional training and provide lesson plans to help you deliver the required teaching.

Job Description:

• To follow a scheme of work to deliver group and private lessons during term time and holiday courses.
• Carry out risk assessments and maintain safety standards.
• Deliver lessons appropriate for the ability of the swimmers, working to improve and build on their existing skills.
• Work as part of a team to ensure high quality standards are achieved

Required Skills:

• Ideally qualified as Level 1 or Level 2 swimming teacher qualifications
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Patience and understanding to all participants.
• Proactive, fast thinker.
• Caring nature, able to comfort and support.
• Good time keeping skills.

Salary: £16 per hour.

Hours: 3 - 19 hours per week during term time and opportunities for work through the holidays. Please contact us to discuss your availability.
