We are movement specialists on a mission to use the power of physical activity to create strong, confident and mindful individuals. Our functional movement PE syllabus fosters the holistic development of pupils, specifically their physical literacy, social skills and emotional wellbeing.

Since the business started in 2020 we have grown significantly, reaching more than 520 pupils across Greater Buckinghamshire, changing attitudes towards movement and empowering children to confidently and competently engage in physical activity.

Leo Schools is excited to offer a coaching position with a growing and developing company. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals keen to deliver engaging lessons that inspire the next generation through Physical Education.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confidently lead PE lessons for up to 30 children following the LEO Syllabus and individual lesson plans which will be provided to you
  • To organise, lead, and/or assist on sports holiday camps
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner with a positive representation of the LEO image and brand. This includes being prepared, punctual and positive
  • Strive to build strong relationships with all members of staff within the school setting
  • Organise cover of lessons when annual leave is booked
  • Create and brainstorm ways to improve the quality, efficiency and level of service being provided to the education facilities
  • Take a proactive approach to increasing brand awareness, profit and market share
  • Work as part of a team to deliver CPD sessions to both schools and Universities when required to onboard new schools and coaches
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in Personal Training or Sports Coaching required, PE or Sports Degree/qualifications preferable
  • Competent teaching ability
  • Enthusiastic about fitness, health and wellbeing
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Are punctual and organised, able to work effectively on own initiative, and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2-10 per week

Salary: £20.00 per hour
