Who are we?

We are M3 Marketing the fastest-growing charity fundraising agency in the UK. We have created a unique “family culture” where our staff thrive and love the valuable work they do. We work in close partnership with Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity.

The Role

This newly created role is ideal for someone looking for part-time work which is challenging and fun. You will play a key part in supporting our fundraisers in the field and assisting the Operations Manager. This dynamic role will evolve according to business needs and growth, so there will always be a variety of tasks.

The responsibilities will span across administration, new starters & leavers, and fleet management.

These are some of the tasks you will be involved in, but not limited to:

  • Being responsible for stock inventory and replenishment orders
  • Booking hotels and travel arrangements for the teams
  • Maintaining accurate records of invoices, providing information to the finance team
  • Sending Offer Letters to new starters
  • Ensuring references and passport checks take place for new starters
  • Booking onboarding and training
  • Sending Dogs Trust kits to new starters
  • Processing leavers and tracking documentation
  • Tablet Management- Supporting the fleet’s technical issues with their table in the field
  • Vehicle inventory, ensuring the condition of vehicles is to a high standard and monthly check-in takes place
  • Making quality control calls to donors, assessing and tracking the level of service provided by the team

What we require from you

  • You thrive in ever-changing environments and have a positive attitude to change
  • Have a great sense of teamwork and be adaptable to support across the whole business
  • Strong time management and organisation skills without compromising attention to detail
  • Comfortable using all MS 365 programs and booking travel
  • Previous experience in an operations or fleet administration role is desirable but not essential
