DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT (PROGRAMME)

£16,223 pa, Paradigm Housing, High Wycombe

You will work as part of our (social housing) Development directorate with a specific focus on the Programme team, supporting Paradigm to build new homes and deliver services in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures and legal/regulatory requirements.

You will be part of a growing team, improving services and support to the Directorate and the Executive Team.

You will provide efficient and effective administration support, including document management, data management, and monitoring. You will ensure that systems have accurate scheme and property data to ensure essential information is readily available. To achieve this, you will provide administration and cross-checking of Development databases, run regular reports, and support uploads and downloads to the Housing Management and other systems.

Your role is a key part of the housing development process, supporting colleagues to maintain organised scheme files to an agreed filing structure containing all the necessary key documents. Your efforts will help contribute to a smooth handover to other internal operational teams (e.g., Lettings, Asset Management, Finance) and new residents once a housing scheme is completed.

Our ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Excellent IT skills MS office and ability to understand and adapt to new systems.
  • Accurate with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good stakeholder management
  • Team player, self-motivated, result-orientated and possess a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to take personal responsibility for assessing situations and conclude enquiries.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience with ‘SDS Sequel’ and finance systems preferred or willingness to learn.

This is a Part-Time position, working 20 Hours per week (ideally over 5 days but at a minimum over 4 days).
