Office Administrator – Part Time
Ontime Media Logistics Ltd is a fulfilment, distribution and logistics company based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. We provide third party fulfilment and logistics services to a range of clients across different industries including sectors such as the UK Film industry.
Due to recent rapid growth we are looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our small friendly team assisting our account management team in our High Wycombe office. The role will be part time Monday – Friday, 9:30 to 13:30
Duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls
- Assisting account managers with administrative tasks
- Liaising with our courier partners to book and check status of deliveries
- Order processing and input
- Dealing with customer queries and enquiries
- Ordering stationery and supplies
- Supporting the Directors with other ad hoc tasks
Relevant Skills Required
- Excellent customer service skills both on the telephone and via email
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent data input skills
- PC literate with experience and familiarity of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word
- Time management
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Experience Required
- Any experience of the logistics or fulfilment industry a real bonus
- 2 -3 years in a similar type administration role
- Any experience of account management would be preferable but not essential
- Experience in a client services or client facing role
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
