Office Administrator – Part Time

Ontime Media Logistics Ltd is a fulfilment, distribution and logistics company based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. We provide third party fulfilment and logistics services to a range of clients across different industries including sectors such as the UK Film industry.

Due to recent rapid growth we are looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our small friendly team assisting our account management team in our High Wycombe office. The role will be part time Monday – Friday, 9:30 to 13:30

Duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Assisting account managers with administrative tasks
  • Liaising with our courier partners to book and check status of deliveries
  • Order processing and input
  • Dealing with customer queries and enquiries
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Supporting the Directors with other ad hoc tasks

Relevant Skills Required

  • Excellent customer service skills both on the telephone and via email
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
  • Calm under pressure
  • Excellent data input skills
  • PC literate with experience and familiarity of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Time management
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Experience Required
  • Any experience of the logistics or fulfilment industry a real bonus
  • 2 -3 years in a similar type administration role
  • Any experience of account management would be preferable but not essential
  • Experience in a client services or client facing role

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
