About Us: MRG is a leading security recruitment agency dedicated to connecting skilled security professionals with premier venues and events. We are currently seeking diligent and professional Security Officers to join our team, providing exceptional services at a Football Stadium in High Wycombe during football matches and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crowd Management: Monitor and control crowd movement to ensure the safety of all attendees.
• Access Control: Verify tickets and credentials, manage entry points, and prevent unauthorized access.
• Incident Response: Quickly respond to emergencies, disturbances, or medical situations, coordinating with emergency services as needed.
• Patrol Duties: Conduct regular patrols of the stadium premises to identify and address potential security risks.
• Customer Service: Assist spectators with inquiries, provide directions, and ensure a positive experience.
• Compliance Enforcement: Ensure adherence to stadium policies, including prohibited items and behavior, and enforce safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• SIA License: A valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license is mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience in event security, particularly in sports venues, is highly desirable.
• Level 2 in Spectator Safety is Advantageous
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to manage and de-escalate potential conflicts.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform patrol duties across the stadium.
• Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, aligning with the stadium's event schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
