I’m incredibly proud to share that Bucks Students' Union placed 1st in the South East region in the Whatuni Student Choice Awards. It’s a brilliant result and a true reflection of the amazing work happening across the Union every day.
I had the pleasure of attending the Whatuni Student Choice Awards recently alongside Beth, where Bucks Students’ Union was shortlisted for ‘Students’ Union of the Year’, for the ninth year in a row!
I’m incredibly proud to share that Bucks Students' Union placed 1st in the South East region and 6th in the entire UK Higher Education sector, just 0.26 points away from the top spot. It’s a brilliant result and a true reflection of the amazing work happening across the Union every day.
Being recognised among such strong competition is an honour in itself, and I want to say a huge thank you to everyone, staff, officers, reps, volunteers, and of course, our students, for playing a part in this achievement. We’re in great company on that shortlist, and it’s clear we continue to make a real difference.
We're proud to also share that BNU won University of the Year in the South East, as well as winning in Facilities, and came second place for Learning and Teaching, Career Prospects, and Student Life.
Here’s to keeping that momentum going both within the Students' Union and the wider university!
