The BNU Paramedic Society is a new and exciting society designed to support all Student Paramedics, Nurses, Midwives and ODP students as well as anyone who has an interest in our work or First aid. As a society we offer the opportunity for meeting new people and socialising through various planned social events and regular meetings throughout the year. The plan for the academic year is to have Subject expert guest speakers come and deliver interactive sessions and talks, however that’s not all!! We are planning lots of unique trips such as trips to specialist areas in the ambulance service such as HART and the Air ambulance to name a few but also, we are intending on hosting simulation sessions to include all members of the society no matter their chosen course of study. As a Society we strive to help students by offering engaging and interesting CPD events with certificates provided so they can be added to Eportfolio.

We meet fortnightly on a Wednesday for regular meetings and study sessions. Once a month we will host Simulation sessions. Trips planned throughout the year.
