Get ready for a night straight out of the swamp as The Ogretones - the UK's Shrek-themed tribute band - take over The Venue!
Bringing the world of Shrek to life on stage, expect a brilliantly ridiculous live show packed with iconic songs, costumes, characters and plenty of swamp-inspired chaos. From massive singalong anthems to nostalgic favourites, The Ogretones turn the soundtrack and spirit of Shrek into a full live-band experience.
Featuring multiple vocalists and a full brass section, this 9-pieceband will have you singing, dancing and partying like it’s still 2001...They've been hard at work watching (and re-watching) the films and picking all their favouritetunes to pack into the setlist – expect hits from Smash Mouth, Counting Crows, LedZeppelin, Buzzcocks, Wolfmother, Heart, The Monkees, The Proclaimers, Lipps Inc, BonnieTyler, David Bowie, Willie Nelson, Joan Jett, Paul McCartney, Ricky Martin and more!

All this is FREE for Bucks students (with valid ID) thanks to The Big Deal.
If you have not yet collected your physical student ID card, we will accept proof of enrolment and Valid photo ID (drivers licence/Passport) as a form of student ID for Freshers events. From 6th October, you must have your physical student ID card to gain entry to student nights at The Venue.
Everyone else can purchase their ticket here or risk it and try your luck on the door on the night (if there’s any left!)
