The Angel Microbrewery is looking for part time bar staff!

We are looking to hire for a part time role of 4 shifts a week, which is roughly 30 hours a week.

Experience is not essential however, we are looking for someone that is confident and is familiar with working in fast paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Restock supplies and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly environment and promote specials or events.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies and ensure guests' safety at all times.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the bar area as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special events as needed.
• A professional attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
